Zinc Restaurant is a great venue for dining in Port Douglas. This local restaurant has an excellent wine list and an exceptionally diverse selection of cocktails. In my opinion, Zinc Restaurant Port Douglas also does the best Caesar Salad in town! Lavazza coffee is the coffee of choice here, and Zinc Restaurant Port Douglas is one of the only dining venues that offers a delicious array of cakes and pastries throughout the day. Open for lunch and dinner, Zinc Restaurant Port Douglas is also centrally located on the main street of Port Douglas. Zinc Restaurant is a unique combination of restaurant, café and lounge bar....café by day, restaurant and bar at night, offering casual al fresco all day dining, fine modern Australian cuisine at realistic prices, a large selection of cakes and desserts available until late and Zinc also has a relaxing lounge bar which is a great place for social gatherings or for those looking for a relaxed lounge experience whilst in Port Douglas. Zinc Restaurant also has a separate function room and an outdoor function area is also available for wedding receptions and group functions in Port Douglas. Located on the picturesque Dixon Inlet this local Port Douglas icon offers million dollar views and the freshest Port Douglas Seafood. Mud crabs, Coral Trout, fresh prawns and lots of options for non seafood eaters.Extensive wine list and creative cocktails. Sunset from the deck of this Port Douglas Restaurant is a once in a lifetime experience. During the peak times, this restaurant books out 3 to 4 days in advance, so make sure you you call them if you want to make a dinner reservation. Remember- if you want the sunset views you will need to be in the restaurant before 6pm! Sunset Happy Hour is run here everyday from 3.30pm til 5.30pm. Laid back and relaxed atmosphere, romantic and tropical ambience makes this a unique dining venue in Port Douglas. Gourmet australian cuisine featuring tropical elements and quirky combinations. Gone Bananas restaurant Port Douglas has an extensive wine list, with 17 varieties available by the glass as well as a comprehensive cocktail list. The air conditioned cocktail bar has over 50 cocktails to choose from, along with cosy tables and lounge areas to relax in. Gone Bananas Restaurant Port Douglas is one of my favorite places to eat. I especially love the "Barramundi Wings". Gone Bananas is open every night except Sunday from 6pm till late. Gone Bananas Restaurant is a local's favorite!
